Universal remote controls will not do everything that your original remote can do like access
all of the menus. You can also request to order accessories like cables, CD magazines, consumer
installable parts like broken doors, batteries, accessories for Nintendo and Sega games, cables,
phonograph needles, etc.
The information you submit will be researched by Electronic Laboratory and someone will email or call
you back to quote you a price and to take your order, along with any additional information that
is supplied or requested. Remotes and product accessories can be picked up at our store in
Pompano Beach, Florida or can be shipped via UPS. Shipping charges will be applied. All
confirmed orders must be paid prior to shipping via credit card, check, or money order. Please
allow up to 10 days for personal check to clear prior to shipping your order. You may order a
quantify of up to 10 per item. Special manufacturer parts and accessories must be ordered by us
from the manufacturer. We have accounts with over 60 major product manufacturers and can order
things from them that you as a consumer cannot. Please allow time for us to secure the product or
accessory that you request. You will be notified of any delays or problems getting the product
requested.
Your product will be shipped out on the day that payment is received or when the requested
product is received by us at Electronic Laboratory. We have many accessories in stock and most
can be ordered by us and received in a couple of days if the manufacturer has them in stock.
